Equipment Equipment Equipment Equipment

Our facility includes private consultation and treatment rooms. Our equipment includes state-of-the-art calibrated MedX® devices for lumbar and cervical spine rehabilitation. We have a full gym with SciFit® equipment for aerobic exercise, Nautilus® equipment for strength training, and free weights.

Spinal Rehabilitation

Central to the rehabilitation program is the evaluation and development of muscular strength, stability, and endurance of all the soft tissues that support the vertebrae. We incorporate MedX® technology to isolate and treat weak links in the spine that contribute to back, body, and neck pain. Our specialty in spine care has been designed for patients who have not responded well to other types of intervention. We also offer a full spectrum of the traditional modalities to treat acute and chronic pain.

Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN)

TDN is a treatment for muscular tightness and spasm which commonly follows injuries and often accompanies the degenerative process. Small, thin needles are inserted in the muscles at the trigger points causing the pain referral. The muscles would then contract and release, improving flexibility of the muscle and decreasing symptoms. See more about TDN.

Massage Therapy

Massage is often considered a luxury; something either never gotten or only enjoyed as a splurge on vacations. While massage can feel like pampering, it also offers tangible physical benefits, and can be used as an important part of your daily, monthly, or yearly healthcare regimen. The more massages you get, the more effective massage will become. Use massage to help enhance sleep quality, increase energy, reduce fatigue, increase circulation, decrease anxiety, reduce muscle and joint pain, and improve athletic performance.
